1957 - Incorporated in Malaysia under the name of Wiggins Teape (Malaya) Sdn Bhd.  Wiggins Teape is a leading paper manufacture in United Kingdom.

1988 - Shriro Group, a well-established international trading organization bought over Wiggins Teape (Malaya) Sdn Bhd and changed the name to Shriro (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.  Wiggins Teape remained as the minority shareholder.

1990 - Merger between Wiggins Teape, the leading United Kingdom paper manufacturer and Arjomari, leading French paper manufacturer.  The name of the company became Arjo Wiggins.  Shriro holds 60% whereas Arjo Wiggins 40% of Shriro (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

2005 - Antalis (formerly known as Wiggins Teape Merchanting), ranked No 1 in paper distribution in Europe and No 4 worldwide, bought over the 60% of Shriro’s shareholding to make it 100% shareholding in Shriro Paper (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.  The name then changed to Antalis (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
